Job description
Sportsman's Warehouse is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Fairfield to support the Store Manager in daily operations and lead a high-performing team across departments. You will supervise Outfitters, drive merchandising standards, and aid in hiring, training, and coaching while maintaining store security and policy compliance.
The role requires 2+ years in retail leadership and at least 3 years in outdoor/sporting goods retail, with strong people skills and budget awareness.
