Job description
Dollar General seeks an experienced store manager to oversee daily operations, staff scheduling, inventory, and customer service at a Dollar General location in the U.S.
You will recruit and train employees, enforce policies, manage curb-to-cash processes, and ensure safety and profit goals are met while maintaining a clean, welcoming store environment. Strong leadership and compliance with labor laws are essential. You will communicate with district management and report performance regularly.
