Job description
The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf is seeking a General Manager in Los Angeles to lead daily store operations, mentor the Assistant General Manager and staff, and deliver a Total Quality Experience for every guest.
You will drive sales, maintain safety, visuals, and brand standards while engaging with the local community to grow the CBTL fanbase, embodying our FROTH values of Friendliness, Respect, Ownership, Teamwork and Honesty.
