Job description
Paycom in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Store Manager to lead a store team, drive sales, deliver outstanding customer service, and ensure effective merchandising and operations.
You will open and close the store, supervise staff, implement loss prevention practices, train associates, and maintain payroll and cash controls in compliance with company policies.
This role requires strong leadership, communication, and the ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
