Job description
Williams-Sonoma, Inc. seeks an Assistant Manager of Sales and Service to support the management team in delivering world-class service and to build strong relationships with customers. You will maintain store presence to ensure staff coverage and model best practices in sales and service.
You will lead by example on the sales floor, coach staff on product knowledge and selling skills, and help the team achieve business goals while upholding our People-First philosophy.
