Job description
The Wendy’s Company in Bay St. Louis, MS is seeking a General Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales, and ensure guest satisfaction.
You will staff, train and lead the store team, manage budgeting and controllable costs, and execute local marketing plans. The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of restaurant management, a college degree or equivalent operations experience, and proven leadership ensuring quality, service and cleanliness.
