Job description
Lids is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead in-store operations, sales, and customer service at our Terre Haute location. You will manage staffing, coaching, and daily store performance while upholding Lids brand standards.
You’ll drive KPI results, handle customer escalations, and train team members on products and services, including in-store embroidery options. The role reports to the Store Manager and offers a competitive benefits package and growth opportunities.
