Job description
Dollar General is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead daily store operations in Kentucky. You will supervise staff, ensure staffing levels, train employees, and enforce cash handling and safety procedures while driving sales and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities include opening/closing the store, managing inventory, coaching employees, and ensuring adherence to company policies. Previous retail management experience is preferred, with strong leadership and communication skills.
