Job description
Dollar General in Monroe, NC seeks a Store Manager Candidate to assist the Store Manager in staffing, inventory, merchandising, and store operations. You will help supervise employees, manage stock, process bank deposits, and ensure store procedures are followed.
This role provides exposure to a Store Manager track and requires strong team leadership. Candidates should have a high school diploma and retail experience; bilingual Spanish is a plus.
