Job description
Victoria’s Secret & Co Store Manager leads the sales floor, coaches the team, drives top-line sales, and ensures operational excellence through merchandising, payroll, inventory, and brand standards. Reports to the District Manager and oversees weekly schedules.
This role requires a passion for the brand, strong leadership, ability to work nights and weekends, stand for long periods, lift up to 40 pounds, and at least 10 years of retail leadership experience.
