Job description
WSS is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead and develop Team Members, delivering excellent customer service while maintaining store operations and policies. The role requires acting as Manager on Duty in the absence of the Store Manager and ensuring standard operating procedures are followed.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, plus a track record of driving sales and maintaining a safe, organized store environment.
