Job description
My Melrose in Harlingen, TX is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to drive business results through coaching, training, and effective store operations. The role is in training for future Store Manager responsibilities, with emphasis on sales, customer service, visual merchandising, HR and loss prevention.
You will open/close the store, lead staff, and ensure adherence to company policies while maintaining a high standard of store appearance and customer experience.
