K&G Fashion Superstore in Houston, TX is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to partner with the Store Manager in driving sales, service and operations.
You will coach and develop a diverse team, recruit and train staff, and ensure a welcoming, high‑performing environment that delivers an exceptional customer experience.
This role requires at least 2 years in retail, strong leadership, and comfort with technology and POS systems.
