Job description
K&G Fashion Superstore in Houston seeks an Assistant Store Manager to partner with the Store Manager, coach the team, and deliver exceptional customer service. You will recruit, hire and train staff, drive sales performance, and ensure store operations meet brand standards.
As the on-duty leader, you will grow the customer experience, monitor key metrics, and lead a diverse, inclusive team while executing store programs and initiatives to maximize efficiency and results.
