Job description
Sprouts Farmers Market, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in California to direct all store operations, drive sales, and lead a dedicated team in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
You will oversee Perishable and Non-Perishable departments, manage inventory and P&L, and ensure compliance with safety, labeling, health, and sanitation standards while delivering exceptional customer service.
