Job description
J.Crew Group (JCG) in Louisville, KY seeks an Associate Manager to drive profitability through authentic guest connections and brand loyalty. You’ll coach teams, own a division (visual merchandising, operations, HR, service & selling) and partner with the Store Director to elevate store performance.
This role requires 3+ years of full-time retail management, a passion for fashion, and flexibility to cover nights, weekends, and holidays. Exceed goals and deliver best-in-class service.
