Job description
Spencer's is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Greenville, SC. This role is vital in maintaining outstanding guest services and supporting the Store Manager in various operational tasks to boost sales. Responsibilities include staff development and adhering to company policies regarding merchandising and inventory control.
Candidates should possess prior retail and/or management experience, as well as be able to meet physical demands such as standing for long periods and lifting heavy items. The position offers an hourly pay rate between $16.75 and $17.00, depending on qualifications.
