Job description
Spencer Gifts – Spirit Halloween is hiring an Assistant Store Manager in Virginia Beach. The role supports the Store Manager in daily operations to drive sales, guest services, and staff development. You will manage merchandising, inventory and expenses to help achieve profitable store performance.
The position pays hourly and requires prior retail/management experience, with up to 38 hours per week and candidates must be at least 18 years old. Equal opportunity employer.
