Job description
Lane Bryant in Lafayette, IN is seeking a Sales Lead to create an engaging environment for associates and customers. You will partner with the Store Manager to execute daily action plans and guide the team to deliver outstanding service while maintaining store standards.
You’ll support onboarding and coaching of associates, empower staff to meet customer needs, and help drive store profitability through effective scheduling and operations.
