Job description
Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to direct all processes at the assigned store and drive sales, team engagement, and customer advocacy. The role requires leadership across departments, strong P&L management, and a commitment to safety and quality in a fast-paced environment.
The ASM oversees the store in the absence of the Store Manager and leads a team of about ten—ensuring exceptional customer service and adherence to company programs and standards.
