Job description
Glossier in Las Vegas is seeking an Associate Store Director to partner with the Store Director and run the full operation. You will lead and coach a large team, own scheduling and payroll discipline, and drive sales and guest experience metrics to keep the floor energized to brand standards amid tourist traffic.
This role is the succession seat for store leadership, demanding multi-year management experience in beauty or high-volume experiential retail, plus strong people development instincts
