Job description
Boot Barn in Indianapolis seeks an Assistant Store Manager to lead and develop the store team, ensuring exceptional customer service and achievement of sales targets. You will partner with the Store Manager to execute merchandising standards, training, and loss prevention policies in a fast-paced retail environment.
