Job description
Meijer Canton, MI is seeking an Assistant Store Director to oversee daily store operations across food and general merchandise, lead planograms, staffing and customer service initiatives.
You'll coach leaders, drive profitability, ensure food safety, and build strong community relations while maintaining Meijer’s standards and culture. You will recruit, develop, and mentor a high-performing team to meet forecasted staffing needs and deliver exceptional shopping experiences.
