Job description
Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to direct all store operations, manage inventory, labor, and expenses, and drive sales in a fast-paced environment. You will lead a team of about ten Department Managers and Receivers, ensuring superior customer service and adherence to safety and quality standards.
You’ll shape the culture, motivate staff, and continuously improve operational performance while maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
