Job description
AutoZone in Rialto, CA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations, energize team performance, and drive sales in a fast-paced retail environment. You will lead personnel, recruit, train, schedule, and develop a high‑performing team while delivering WOW! customer service.
The ideal candidate demonstrates strong leadership, clear communication, integrity, and a passion for growth. ASE certification is preferred; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
