Job description
Goodwill Southern Los Angeles County in Torrance, CA seeks an Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations, lead sales, and train staff for excellent donor and customer service. You will help drive merchandising, inventory, and compliance while reporting to the Store Manager.
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is required. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and 1–2 years in retail or thrift environments, with strong MS Office and Excel skills.
