Job description
Goodwill Southern Los Angeles County seeks an Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations, drive sales, and ensure excellent donor and customer service. You will model leadership behaviors and mentor staff under the Store Manager's direction.
You'll handle scheduling, training, and performance feedback, while maintaining compliance and smooth cash handling. This role reports to the Store Manager and requires flexibility, including evenings and weekends.
