Job description
Goodwill Southern Los Angeles County is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations, drive sales, and lead a team in delivering outstanding donor and customer service. You will report to the Store Manager and help ensure compliance, merchandising, and productivity goals are met.
The role requires flexibility for evenings and weekends, with 1–2 years of retail or thrift experience and strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
