Job description
Barnes & Noble, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager (ASM) to lead a busy bookstore in Wayne, NJ. You will drive store performance, coach the team, and ensure a welcoming customer experience in a dynamic retail setting.
As ASM, you will manage daily operations, merchandising, stock control, and front-of-store activities while upholding safety standards and promoting memberships and promotions to boost sales.
