Job description
The Crosby’s Store Leadership SkillBridge Program is a structured, hands-on training track designed to prepare transitioning service members for a Team Leader (Store Manager) role in the NY area. Participants will shadow leaders, complete training modules, and progressively take on store operations responsibilities, with final placement based on performance within District 7 and business needs.
