Job description
Food Lion in Chesapeake, VA, is seeking a Store Manager to support management and duties of store operations to meet financial and sales goals. You will hire, train, coach, and develop associates; lead day-to-day store operations; ensure safety, security, and quality standards; and drive customer service.
This role requires a college degree or equivalent and prior department manager experience. Must meet physical requirements and lead across departments.
