Job description
Dollar General is seeking a Store Manager Candidate to support the Store Manager in daily operations including staffing, inventory, merchandising, and cash controls. This role is designed to develop an external candidate for the Store Manager position on a limited-term basis.
You will help recruit, merchandise, manage inventory, ensure in-stock targets, and lead customer service while following company policies. Some travel and store coverage duties apply.
