Job description
The Home Depot is offering a Merchandising Assistant Store Manager in Training (MASM-IT) in the Lemon Grove, CA area. This paid training program spans up to 6 weeks and provides hands-on experience, mentorship, and leadership development under the Store Manager and ASMs.
During the MASM-IT training, you will learn to oversee multiple merchandising departments, drive customer service, ensure product availability, and support store presentation while preparing for a future Assistant Store Manager
