Job description
Dollar General seeks a Store Manager Candidate to support the Store Manager in implementing store processes, supervising staff, and managing inventory, stocking, and receipts. This role is a developmental, limited-period opportunity to prepare an external candidate for the Store Manager position.
You will help recruit, merchandise, monitor performance, ensure cash controls, and participate in opening and closing duties while maintaining a safe, well-stocked store.
