Job description
Lamps Plus, Inc. in the United States is seeking a Manager in Training (MIT), a full-time, non-exempt leadership development role designed to prepare you for a future Store Manager position.
The MIT will rotate through all aspects of store management—sales, customer experience, operations, merchandising, inventory and compliance—travelling to multiple locations for hands-on training.
Upon completion, placement as Store Manager may require relocation depending on openings and business needs.
