Job Description
We are looking for future Area Managers who want to grow into leadership positions. This full‑time, salaried role offers an annual salary range of $52,000 – $75,000 and an exciting opportunity to lead our store operations, drive sales and culture, and set the standard for excellence.
Responsibilities
Lead the store and hold the team accountable for all operations, safety, training, and culture.
Ensure every store policy and procedure is followed 100% of the time.
Oversee people, operations, sales, and profits and optimize each area for business success.
Lead by example and inspire the crew to follow your practices.
Manage all aspects of the store, including promotion of a promote‑within mentality and cross‑training within roles.
Coordinate with franchise leadership to set performance goals and achieve franchise standards.
Qualifications
Ability to smile and have fun at work.
Clean background check.
At least 18 years old with a 1‑year safe driving history.
Reliable vehicle (car or truck) and valid vehicle insurance.
Eligible to work in the USA.
Currently residing near the store location.
