Lead the Way as Akron Store Manager at Krazy Bins 1886 Akron!

What You’ll Do as Akron Store Manager
As the Akron Store Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, leading a team and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the store. Your responsibilities will include:
Develop and executing the merchandising plan to grow store sales and , expand store traffic to optimize profitability
Coordinate and plan the weekly employee schedule.
Meet store operational goals by training, motivating, mentoring employees. We want staff that interact with customers (cashiers), maintaining a high level of employee satisfaction through effective communications and feel a sense of team to want the store to succeed.
Oversee the compliance with store policies and procedures to run an efficient operation
Oversee the daily close process to include, close operations and financial balancing of the registers. Handle the daily and weekly cash deposits.
Maintain outstanding store condition, cleanliness, and visual merchandising standards
Collaborate with the management team on buying trends, customer needs, customer feedback and market conditions
Propose innovative ideas to increase purchase propensity
Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths
Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc)
Be a shining example of well behavior and high performanceOverseeing all store operations, from inventory management to customer service.
What We’re Looking For
We’re searching for a candidate who is ready to roll up their sleeves and bring their expertise to Krazy Bins 1886 Akron. To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
At least 3 years of experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in retail.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
A proven ability to lead and inspire a team to meet and exceed goals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and prior management experience overseeing staff and managing a productive team.
General computer skills with spreadsheets/ word processing, and presentations
A proactive attitude and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
