Job description
Sanel NAPA Auto Parts is seeking a strong, hands-on Store Manager to lead our Burlington team and drive the success of our retail and wholesale parts business in South Burlington, VT. The role focuses on developing people, building customer relationships, growing sales, and owning day-to-day operations.
You will coach the team, manage profitability and inventory, and partner with HR and Area Manager on staffing, training, and initiatives. 50 hours per week is expected.
