Job description
Goodyear’s Just Tires division seeks a Store Manager to lead one of our auto service centers. You’ll coach staff, schedule associates, and drive profitability while delivering outstanding guest service in a fast-paced environment.
You’ll recruit and onboard team members, manage warranties and promotions, and ensure safety standards. A valid driver's license and prior retail management experience are required; 18+ years old. This role is on-site and offers competitive pay and benefits.
