Job description
Safelite Group Inc. is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations at our auto glass service center. You will oversee staff scheduling, coaching, and performance, ensure timely and high-quality repair, replacement, and recalibration services, and maintain strict safety and cleanliness standards. The Store Manager monitors KPIs, manages inventory and cash handling, and delivers exceptional customer service. You’ll partner with technicians and support teams, uphold company policies, and drive sales and profitability while fostering Safelite’s people-first, inclusive culture and developing team members’ skills and careers.
