Job description
Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO), part of Bridgestone Americas, is hiring a Store Manager to lead daily retail operations in our California locations. The role requires flexibility, typically 40+ hours per week, including weekends, and a focus on delivering outstanding customer service and sales performance.
You will supervise staff, manage payroll and budgets, and drive promotions while maintaining inventory and ensuring compliance with company policies.
