Job description
King Arthur Baking Company in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Store Manager to lead our retail pop-up operations with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences and achieving sales goals. You will oversee daily store activities, manage a team, drive scheduling and payroll, and collaborate with Merchandising, Retail Expansion, and Operations to ensure on-brand execution.
Requires 2–3 years of supervisory retail experience, strong leadership, and proficiency with POS systems and MS Office.
