Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily store operations with attention to detail and resource management
Recruit, train, and motivate staff to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
Manage budgets, stock, pricing control, and financial records to maximize profitability
Handle customer complaints and queries with courtesy and professionalism
Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations
Prepare promotional displays and liaise with management on store performance
Provide opportunities for staff advancement and maintain a positive work environment
Qualifications & Skills
High school degree or equivalent
Strong commercial awareness and organizational skills
Excellent verbal communication and team working abilities
Proficient IT and numerical skills
Resourceful, confident, enthusiastic, and capable of problem-solving
Demonstrated leadership and executive skills with a proactive approach
