Responsibilities
Own full store operations—from sales and profit to safety and appearance
Recruit, train, inspire, and develop your team for success
Ensure smooth flow of merchandise from stockroom to sales floor
Foster a safe, welcoming environment for both customers and associates
Qualifications
5+ years of retail management experience with proven leadership success
Strong operational and business acumen
Excellent communication, organization, and team-building skills
Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed
