Summary
We are seeking a Store Manager for the Boston boutique to lead daily store operations, drive sales performance, and ensure the highest level of luxury service. You will manage and develop a high-performing team, execute operational standards, and support business initiatives to meet quantitative targets. The role requires strong leadership, commercial acumen, and attention to inventory and visual merchandising.
Responsibilities
Drive sales performance by analyzing key metrics, implementing action plans, and achieving quantitative targets.
Act as a brand ambassador and manage VIC/client initiatives to deliver exceptional luxury service.
Lead, coach, and develop the store team; participate in recruitment, career development, and performance management.
Oversee daily operations including opening/closing, scheduling, inventory management, cycle counts, and stockroom organization.
Manage after-sales processes such as alterations, repairs, and spare parts, and report facilities or maintenance issues.
Control store expenses and P&L-related items while ensuring alignment with corporate operational and visual merchandising guidelines.
Ensure compliance with safety procedures, labor laws, and company policies, and communicate with retail leaders and cross-functional partners.
Requirements
5+ years of management and sales experience in a luxury retail environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP, and retail digital tools.
Excellent communication, leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Experience managing a high-volume store with strong knowledge of sales, operations, and inventory management.
Ability to travel and work weekends; ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds.
