Job description
Pandora is seeking a Store Manager to lead our brand on the sales floor, coaching a team of Assistant Store Manager, Sales Leads and Sales Associates to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales.
You will embody Pandora's culture, manage visual merchandising, partner with HR to address performance, and build brand loyalty through storytelling. This role requires 3–5 years of store management in retail and proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and POS systems.
