Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Manager Candidate located in the Greater Hattiesburg Area. The Store Manager Candidate will be responsible for managing store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, overseeing retail loss prevention, and maintaining high standards of customer service. Day-to-day tasks include managing staff, handling inventory, and ensuring the store meets sales objectives and performance standards.
Qualifications
Experience in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
Proven Store Management experience
Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention
Leadership and team management skills
Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Previous retail experience is preferred
