Job description
Dollar General is seeking a Store Manager Candidate in Waynesville, NC to support the Store Manager. You will assist with staffing, inventory, merchandising, customer service leadership, and store operations, including opening/closing, banking, and paperwork.
Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of retail experience. Bilingual Spanish is a plus in some locations. This is a full-time role requiring strong organizational and communication skills.
