Job description
Dollar General is seeking a Store Manager Candidate to assist the Store Manager in staffing, inventory management, merchandising, and store operations. This role focuses on developing external candidates for the Store Manager position while maintaining cash controls and a safe, orderly store.
The successful candidate will support recruiting, training, and daily store activities, including opening/closing, reporting, and compliance with policies. Prior retail experience preferred.
