Job description

At Sephora, beauty is about feeling seen, valued, and empowered, individually and collectively. It is connecting deeply with others, celebrating diversity and inclusivity, unlocking your potential and making a difference every day. Together, we belong to something beautiful.

Since its inception in 1969 in Limoges, France, and as part of the LVMH Group since 1997, Sephora has been disrupting the prestige beauty retail industry. Today, Sephora continues to break with convention to drive its mission: champion a world of inspiration and inclusion where everyone can celebrate their beauty.

With 56,000 employees in 35 countries, including +2000 in Italy and 15,000 in Europe and Middle East, we connect customers and beauty brands within the world’s most passionate beauty community. With a curation of nearly 500 brands, and our own label, Sephora Collection, we offer the most unique and diverse range of products: fragrances, makeup, hair care, skincare... and much more

As a Store Manager, and a valued member of the Chieti team, you will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions:

As a leader within Sephora Italy, the world's most beloved Beauty Community, you will:

Ensure the achievement of the store's financial performance (budget and target attainment).

Coordinate commercial and organizational activities within your store (promotions, events, new product launches, CRM campaigns).

Manage the store's profit and loss statement (inventory discrepancies, operating costs, personnel costs) and propose new strategies to optimize cost categories.

Analyze and drive KPIs related to customer behavior (store traffic, average transaction value, units per transaction, etc.).

Manage the stockroom, maintaining optimal stock levels in accordance with product replenishment cycles and merchandising strategies.

Implement company procedures (regulations, safety procedures) and commercial policies (pricing, promotions, communication) established by central departments.

As the leader of your store, you will manage Sephora Specialists (Department Managers), managerial figures specializing in welcoming customers and engaging them on the sales floor.

Collaborate with your Area Manager and the HR department in designing customized internal career development programs.

Create a climate where people are motivated to do their best to help the organization achieve its objectives.

Do not hesitate to apply if you have:

Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in similar roles, preferably within dynamic, multinational retail environments.

Knowledge of key commerce KPIs, and confidence in budget management, analysis, and daily reporting.

Agility, dynamism, and problem-solving skills.

Strong results orientation.

Demonstrated ability to manage a complex and sizable team, guiding them toward objectives and fostering a positive and collaborative team spirit.

A strategic vision: See ahead to future possibilities & translate them into breakthrough strategies.

How to be successful in the role and at Sephora:

By staying results-oriented and proactive in this fast-paced and dynamic environment, you'll contribute to the success of Sephora.

Here, you will find:

Community: in which authenticity is embraced, and the strength of our differences fuels our collective spirit.

Culture of empowerment, learning & growth: you will have the tools, space and opportunity to learn, innovate and lead.

Working Environment: enjoy our extraordinary planning of activities, such as Annual Convention, team buildings, etc.

Meaningful Rewards: competitive tailored welfare offers, free beauty product gifts and access to discounts on Sephora and LVMH products.

Work that brings fulfillment: From delighting clients every day, to inspiring our industry at large, every action makes a difference.

Sephora Stands: positive social and environment impact activities organized by our “Sephora Stands” committee.

Join us and belong to something beautiful.

At Sephora, we celebrate diversity and are committed to creating and fostering an inclusive environment for everyone.
